Settling In

This heavenly painting is inspired by a scene that took my breath away in Marshall County, South Dakota. The ground is heavily textured, giving it a very realistic feel. When you stand before it, you feel like you are there!

This painting is currently on display in my solo exhibition, “Dazzling Dakota,” at Center for Western Studies (CWS) at Augustana University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.*  The show runs through April 25, 2025.
