Good Earth, River's Approach

This painting demonstrates my deep love of wild prairie grasses and flowers, as well as my love for state parks in South Dakota. When I paint such a heavenly summer scene, I paint how the place makes me feel and not just what I see. I hope you can feel my JOY as I painted this lovely piece!
