This sumptuous field of wildflowers leading up to the Big Sioux River has been a favorite of mine and I've painted it many times now in different ways and sizes. It was a joy to create a fresh one in a smaller size that is easy to incorporate into many home spaces. How I LOVE our grasses and wildflowers and the unique textures and combinations that can be found within South Dakota fields year after year. Good Earth State Park has been balm to my soul and countless others who find such rest, peace and inspiration walking in God's creation. I challenge you to try and find this spot on the trail there :)!!
