Orange & Blue

30 x 48 in. Highly Textured & Oil on Canvas. Ready to frame or hang as is: 1.5" deep stretcher - painting continues around sides.

This painting was inspired by a photographer who captured this fleeting moment as the fog cleared. It was taken on a frosty morning near Brookings, South Dakota. She and I share the same love of these uniquely South Dakota winter scenes-the dark season's gift of heavenly hoarfrost.*

This original oil painting is currently available at Houndstooth House in Sioux Falls through February 28th at their Annual Art Show! If you are local, please join me at the Artist Reception on Friday, February 13th from 5-7PM. It's a Free open to the public event with wine, charcuterie & music! I would love to see you there!!
